the Voting Rights on January 31, 2008 and on that day amount to 4.9% (this
corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.9% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from VEM Aktienbank AG .
