H+H International A/S appoints new CFO.
In continuation of Company Announcement No. 186 dated 31 March 2009 in which
the company announced that its current CFO, Martin Busk Andersen, had resigned
his position as CFO, we can now announce that a new CFO has been appointed.
The company's new CFO will be Niels Meidahl, 36. Niels Meidahl will be
responsible for the company's functions within accounting and finance, IR and
corporate IT, and he will join the company's management team.
Niels Meidahl earned a LL.M. (Master of Law) (cand. jur.) in 1999 and a MSc in
Business Economics and Auditing (cand. merc. aud.) in 2004. Niels Meidahl comes
from the position of CFO with DSV Miljø A/S, where he has been since 2006. His
prior posts include IR Manager of Novozymes A/S.
Niels Meidahl will assume the role of CFO of the company on 16 September 2009.
