REGARDING CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT

AB Dvarčionių keramika received decision of Supervisory Board about changes in  
the management:                                                                 
To depose from the Management Board Liudmila Suboč, Algirdas Krupavičius,       
Mindaugas Bučas, Michal Jasiński.                                               
To elect to the Management Board us a members Audris Imbrasas, Giedrius         
Kolesnikovas, Liudmila Suboč, Algirdas Krupavičius, Mindaugas Bučas starting at 
13th of June, 2009.                                                             
From the 13th of June, 2009 Audris Imbrasas is elected us the Chairman of the   
Management Board and nominated as a President of the Company by Management Board
of AB “Dvarčionių keramika“ decision.
