On July 09, 2009, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, USA, has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights on
Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting
rights on July 06, 2009, and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this
corresponds to 1,732,071 voting rights). 2.99% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 1,732,071 voting rights) have to be attributed to it
according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 of the WpHG.
