Mary Holt Ashley PhD. RN is a former chief nurse executive who now lectures on leadership, serves on boards in her community, and has enjoyed a successful career in Nursing. She earned a PhD. in Nursing from Texas Woman's University and has traversed many nursing leadership roles. Her passion for leadership prompted her to share her career with aspiring and seasoned leaders.
