Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on KROMI Logistik
AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFUJ5, WKN: A0KFUJ, have exceeded
the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 18, 2009  and now amount
to 9.09% (this corresponds to 374900 Voting Rights).
