Trelleborg AB’s (Trelleborg) Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved the proposed rights issue (2:1), whereby shareholders are entitled to two (2) new shares for every one (1) share held. The subscription price is set at SEK 12. The record date is April 28, 2009. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Trelleborg.
