Tilgin wins new order on IP technology from a leading operator in the Middle
East 

Stockholm, Sweden, April 21, 2009: Tilgin, a leading provider of solutions for
multiplay and next-generation broadband services, today announces a new order
for IP-technology from one of its largest clients, a leading operator in the
Middle East. The order is for Tilgin's Home Gateway solution including its
latest generation software for managing IP-networks (VCM).

The operator has chosen Tilgin as the supplier for IP-based home gateways and
the management software (VCM) for an upgrade of its offering to fiber connected
households. As part of the upgrade, older fiber units from a competitor will be
replaced by Tilgin's Home Gateways from the Vood 292 series.

The order value is approximately SEK 7 million.

During the last years the Middle East and especially the Gulf states have built
among the worlds most advanced communication systems with infrastructure for
FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) or FTTC (fiber-to-the-curb). Tilgin's customer is a
full service operator in the United Arab Emirates-region and offers households
and companies a wide range of IP-based services. In line with the fast progress
across the region this operator focuses on innovative high quality services.
Tilgin's products fulfill the special climate and environmental rules.
