Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 26, 2009 , Schadeberg GbR, Kreuztal, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Krones AG, Neutraubling, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006335003, WKN:
633500, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 19, 2009 
and now amount to 3.28% (this corresponds to 1036784 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 1.80% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 569198 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
