Majority shareholder AS Luterma removed Alar Pink from AS Kalev Chocolate Factory and AS Vilma supervisory board before expiry of authorization on 27th of March 2009. On the same day AS Luterma named Heino Priimägi a new member of the supervisory board of AS Kalev Chocolate Factory and Marko Kaha a new member of the supervisory board of AS Vilma. Heino Priimägi has been from the beginning of 1999 chairman of the supervisory board of AS Luterma. Heino Priimägi belonged to AS Luterma food industries subsidiaries supervisory boards until 2007. Marko Kaha belongs to supervisory board of AS Luterma from November 2005. From December 2005 Marko Kaha also belongs to AS REC Varad supervisory board. County court register department made an entry on 30.03.2009 by which the new member of AS Eksklusiiv management board is Tarmo Maasikamäe. According to the decision of AS Eksklusiiv supervisory board Alar Pink was removed from the company's management board. Tarmo Maasikamäe is working as AS Luterma director of finance since January 2003, he also belongs to AS Luterma food industries subsidiaries supervisory boards.
