2009 pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
that, on 31 March, 2008, the voting interest of THSP Limited in Premiere
AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the thresholds
of 3% and 5% and on this date amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 0
voting rights).

Furthermore Taube Hodson Stonex Partners L.L.P., London, SW1A 1LD, United
Kingdom, notified us on 10 March, 2009 pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that, on 31 March, 2008, the voting
interest of Taube Hodson Stonex Partners L.L.P. in Premiere AG, Medienallee
4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and on
this date amounted to 5.08% (this corresponds to 5,720,184 voting rights).
