PÖYRY AWARDED CONTRACT FOR REHABILITATION OF SUBSTATION IN AUSTRIA

Pöyry has been awarded an EPC contract by the Styrian Utility
Steweag/Steg for rehabilitation of the 110 kV substation
Neudorf/Werndorf in Austria. The contract will be executed in a
consortium with Siemens Austria. Pöyry's share of the contract
amounts to about EUR 6.5 million.

The scope of work comprises detail design engineering, project
management, construction and installation as well as the supply of
all necessary equipment. In co-operation with the client, dismantling
and installation of the new substation shall be realised step by
step. The project will start in March 2009 and shall be completed by
the middle of 2011.
