JSC NORVIK BANK's Financial Results of the 4th Quarter of

The profit of JSC NORVIK BANKA at the end of 2008 reached LVL 5.234 mln (EUR
7.447 mln). Bank's assets exceeded LVL 507.235 mln (EUR 721.730 mln) at the end
of the year. Meanwhile, the capital and reserves of JSC NORVIK BANKA at the end
of 2008 amounted to LVL 59.324 mln (EUR 84.410 mln). 

As it has already been advised JSC NORVIK BANKA will publish non-audited
consolidated and bank's annual report for the year ended 31 December 2008 from
February 23rd till 27th, 2009 (on the 9th week). The audited consolidated and
bank's annual report for the year ended 31 December 2008 will be published from
March 30th till April 3rd, 2009 (on the 14th week).
