Amagerbanken adjusts the expectations for 2008 downwards
Core earnings before impairments for 2008 are expected to be in the area of 580
m DKK compared to earlier informed 480 - 520 m DKK.
Impairments and loses on loans for 2008 are expected to be approximately 900 m
DKK. The increased impairments are a result of the continuous substantial
downturn in economics and decrease in value of provided securities.
Core earnings after impairments are expected to be approximately -600 m DKK.
Hereafter the bank's solvency is expected to amount to approximately 10.8 %.
