Hereby we inform that the extraordinary council meeting of the state owned Joint-stock company ''Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka'' took place on November 19, 2008. On the basis of Part 1, Clause 297 of the Commercial law and Article 7.1. of the Council regulations it was decided: elect Baiba Bāne as a chairman of a council of the State owned Joint-stock company ''Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka'', elect Dāvids Tauriņš as a deputy of a chairman of a council of the State owned Joint-stock company ''Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka''.
