CCR Logistics Systems AG today applied to Frankfurt Stock Exchange to move
from Prime Standard segment to General Standard segment of Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. The segment move forms part of cost saving measures. CCR
Logistics Systems AG will also withdraw from the segment M:access of Munich
Stock Exchange for the same reason. Probably from 01.12.2008 shares of CCR
Logistics Systems AG will be traded in the segment Open Maket (Freiverkehr)
of Munich Stock Exchange.
