Turbon AG – Changes in Supervisory Board and Executive Board

In today’s Supervisory Board Meeting of Turbon AG Dr. Juno Nuber resigned
from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for personal
reasons. A new Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Hans-Joachim
Scholten, has been elected in today’s meeting. Co-Chairman of the Executive
Board Alan Howard will leave the company for reasons of age on December
31st, 2008. From January 1, 2009 Aldo DeLuca will serve as sole Chairman of
the Executive Board.
