On November 05, 2008 , Oyster European Opportunities , Luxemburg, Luxemburg
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Kontron AG, Eching, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006053952, WKN: 605395, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 31, 2008  and now amount to 2.98% (this corresponds to
1514955 Voting Rights).
