Eindhoven, November 13, 2008 – Today the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. for the fiscal year 2007
took place in Eindhoven, Netherlands. There, 56.99% of the company’s share
capital was represented. All agenda items were approved unanimously by the
attending shareholders.

In particular, the shareholders resolved upon the following structural and
personnel changes:

As of November 13, 2008, the shareholders appointed mr. Michael Hasenstab,
mr. Robert Käss and mr. Roland Rompelberg, who have declared to accept this
appointment, as additional members of the company’s Management Board next
to Dr. Florian Pfingsten.

Furthermore, the shareholders approved the reduction of the company’s share
capital through cancellation of shares held by the Company not exceeding
the number of shares it acquired and the decrease of the nominal value of
the company’s shares from 0.10 euros to 0.05 euros with repayment to the
shareholders. Taking into account applicable time limits and regulations as
stipulated by law, the transaction will be closed presumably in the
beginning of the year 2009.

Additionally, Management Board was authorized to acquire for valuable
consideration shares in the Company for a period of 18 months as of
November 13, 2008.
