It can be assumed that the aim of an information and disinformation campaign directed against „Nordeka”, which was organized by Ilgvars Kalnins, authorized representative of the enterprises that contested tender's results, is to influence the forthcoming resolution of Administrative District Court scheduled on 10th of November on the case of ligitation of results of tender on a route network named „Centris 1”, as well as to tarnish the reputation of JSC „Nordeka”. Specific portions of JSC „Nordeka ” in others route networks are as follows: 100% (Centris 2); 19.1% (South-East); 10% (South-West).
