AAK arranges capital market day on 5 November

AAK, which is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, Mid Cap list,
invites the press and analysts to a capital market day on 5 November at the Café
Opera in Stockholm, 10.00 -13.30.

AAK was formed by the merger of the Danish company, Aarhus United A/S and 
Karlshamns AB. The company's shares were first listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange
in Stockholm on 11 November 2006. The company's registered office is now in
Malmö. 

”This is our first major meeting with the capital market since the initial
listing in November 2006. We have two years' experience, which we would very
much like to share,” says Jerker Hartwall, CEO of AarhusKarlshamn AB. 

On 31 October, the company will publish its third-quarter report. 

”We invite everyone to see this presentation in the usual way on the web,” says
Jerker Hartwall. “People can register via www.aak.com, where a full schedule is
shown. By arranging a capital market day so close to the report date, we will be
able to provide more in-depth information on the company's progress”. 

AAK is world-leader in vegetable speciality fats market. The company is moving
towards an every increasing proportion of products higher up the value chain,
where growth in the market is happening and where margins are greater.    

The capital market day will take place at the Café Opera on 5 November, starting
at 10.00 and finishing with lunch.
