About changes to the composition of the AS “Latvijas

On the extraordinary shareholders` meeting of the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”, held
on October 24th 2008, the changes were made to the composition of the Council
of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”. New AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” Council shall be
elected for three years; the new term shall be effective on October 24th 2008.
The work in the position of the Council member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka“ will
proceed Raimondas Baranauskas, Aleksandrs Antonovs, Oļegs Suhorukovs, Naglis
Stancikas and a new Council member Maksims Ančipolovskis. Dmitrijs Kocjuba,
Žoržas Šarafanovičius and Michael Duncan Chartres were not repeatedly elected
in the position of Council member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”.
