With over 25 years of management experience in developing and leading sales and business development strategies, Dees will play a critical leadership role in planning and implementing strategies for accelerating growth across Turnpoint's core mining, utilities and transportation solution verticals and its expanded EAM services offerings for asset intensive industries such as defense, government, manufacturing, facilities and communications.

Most recently, Dees was responsible for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems as Senior Account Manager in the Financial Solutions Division at Infor. Prior to Infor, Dees spent 10 years at Mincom as VP of Business Development where he was instrumental in establishing the Defense Practice and successfully expanding the transportation, mining and utilities areas of the business. Earlier in his career, Dees' leadership as Public Sector Sales Manager at TSW International (now part of Ventyx) resulted in significant divisional sales growth.
