Solara Promotes From Within While Hiring Fresh Talent

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - September 18, 2008) - Solara, a CommonHealth business unit created
to provide strategic marketing services to improve patient access to
pharmaceutical brands competing in managed markets, today announced three
promotions and three new hires.

Promotions
John Knutila has been promoted from group copy supervisor to vice
president, group copy supervisor. In his new position, Mr. Knutila's core
responsibilities will include drafting managed care communications for his
assigned clients and supervising other members of the copy department. Mr.
Knutila has been employed with Solara for four years.
Peter Weissberg has advanced from account supervisor to account group
supervisor. In his new role, Mr. Weissberg will be responsible for the
day-to-day activities of his designated accounts and he will be providing
strategic and tactical insights for his team. Mr. Weissberg has been a
Solara employee for two years.
Donna DeSopo has been elevated from copywriter to senior copywriter. In her
new role, Ms. DeSopo will create strategic copy for print, presentation and
online media. Ms. DeSopo has been with Solara for nearly three years and
prior to her tenure with the agency, worked at two sister CommonHealth
units -- Ferguson and EvoLogue (previously Quantum).
New Hires
Jeff Komaiko comes to Solara as vice president, account group supervisor.
In this position, Mr. Komaiko will oversee the daily operations of all
client projects while directing and developing account strategies. Before
joining Solara, Mr. Komaiko worked as an independent market researcher for
ViewPoint Consulting, a managed care market research organization located
in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Trudy Chiavelli joins Solara as a traffic manager. Ms. Chiavelli's
responsibilities will include overseeing account coordinators as they
facilitate routing jobs within the agency from inception to production, and
effectively tracking the stage, location, and financial management of each
project. Most recently, Ms. Chiavelli was a senior traffic manager for
Einson Freeman, Inc., a promotional marketing firm located in Edgewater.
Alicia Szwec comes to Solara as an art director. In this position, Ms.
Szwec will be working closely with management, copywriters and clients to
strategically implement creative concepts for
her assigned brands. Previously, Ms. Szwec was a graphic designer and
senior production artist for the Medical Education and Medical
Communication Creative Group of Cardinal Health located in
Wayne.
