About the Author

Linda Glod, wife, mother, grandmother, businesswoman, educator, musician, poet, and photographer was born and raised in Idaho. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, and a Master of Arts degree in education from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Additional post graduate studies in finance, insurance and investments were completed at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The author's previous publications focus on the corporate world, where Linda authored monthly column and special feature articles in various newsletters. While living in Poland with her husband, Stan, the idea of creating a photo/poetry album developed. Hoping to capture the beautiful memories of this experience to share with family and friends resulted in White Lace Covered Windows.

A portion of the profits will be dedicated to the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health, in its affiliated program with the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
