On September 11, 2008 , AXA S.A., Paris, Frankreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006231004, WKN: 623100, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 10, 2008  and now amount to 5.06% (this corresponds to
37960797 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.06% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 37960797 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
