AS Q Vara investors voting period, during which Investors could vote for AS Q Vara's proposal on counting the subordinated loan that was invested by the shareholders as part of Q Vara's equity and increasing the bond interest rate up to 13%, ended on August 13, 2008. Q Vara's proposal is deemed adopted if at least the Majority of Investors (the investors who own more than 50% of the bonds and who are not related to the Issuer) voted for the decision. As a result of the vote the Majority of Investors voted for the proposal. According to the vote Q Vara bonds' interest rate starting from August 9, 2008 is 13%.
