Integra LifeSciences Names Gabrielle Wolfson Chief Information Officer


PLAINSBORO, N.J., Aug. 18, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced today the appointment of Gabrielle Wolfson as Chief Information Officer, effective immediately.

Ms. Wolfson brings to Integra over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. As CIO, Ms. Wolfson will be responsible for Integra's global IT strategy and operations.

During her tenure at Par, Ms. Wolfson transformed the IT organization into a strategic business partner and led the implementation of technology solutions that streamlined operations and enabled the company to reach its business objectives. Prior to her tenure with Par, Ms Wolfson held senior IT management positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Pernod Ricard Group, and Viacom/Showtime Networks. Inc.
