Munich / Los Angeles July 11, 2008 – Intermedia Film Equities Ltd. and
Intermedia Film Equities USA, Inc., two Internationalmedia Group companies,
issued a guarantee for certain liabilities of its former affiliated company
IM Stopping Power GmbH, especially vis-à-vis the actor John Cusack and
Cusack Enterprise Ltd. John Cusack and Cusack Enterprises Ltd. have now
filed a lawsuit at the Superior Court of the State of California against
Intermedia Film Equities USA, Inc., Intermedia Film Equities Ltd. as well
as against IM Stopping Power GmbH and R Media Acquisitions, LLC. The value
of claim amounts to $ 5.6 million.

As the Company already communicated on September 17, 2007, IM Stopping
Power GmbH has been sold and transferred to R Media Acquisitions, LLC.
Besides the purchase of all shares, R Media Acquisitions, LLC also
undertook to assume all liabilities resulting from the production of the
film STOPPING POWER.  In case claims are brought by creditors of IM
Stopping Power GmbH and the IM Stopping Power production, respectively,
Intermedia Film Equities USA, Inc. and Intermedia Film Equities Ltd. can
seek to be indemnified by R Media Acquisitions, LLC. The Company continues
to expect that R Media Acquisitions, LLC will fulfil its obligations under
the agreements made and that therefore, drawing upon the Company can be
avoided.
