Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Publication pursuant to Section 26 para. 1 sentence 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
The management board of IVG Deutschland Immobilien AG, Bonn, hereby makes
the following publication pursuant to Section 26 para. 1 WpHG:
1. On 10 July, IVG Immobilien AG, Zanderstraße 5-7, 53177 Bonn, Germany,
(formerly known under the company name of IVG Holding AG), as parent
company of the former IVG Société Immobilière Holding S.A., chaussée de La
Hulpe 130, boîte 15, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, informed us pursuant to
Section 21 para. 1a and Section 24 WpHG, that the former IVG Société
Immobilière Holding S.A. held a percentage of 30.25 % of the voting rights
(1.470.150 voting rights) in IVG Deutschland Immobilien AG (formerly known
under the company name of Stodiek Europa Immobilien AG) on 31 August 2000.
2. On 10 July 2008, IVG Immobilien AG, Zanderstraße 5-7, 53177 Bonn,
Germany, (formerly known under the company name of IVG Holding AG) informed
us pursuant to Section 21 para. 1a WpHG that IVG Immobilien AG held a
percentage of 80.79 % of the voting rights (3.926.394 voting rights) in IVG
Deutschland Immobilien AG (formerly known under the company name of Stodiek
Europa Immobilien AG) on 31 August 2000. Thereof, 30.25 % of the voting
rights (1.470.150 voting rights) were to be attributed to IVG Immobilien AG
pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 no. 2 WpHG in the version of 31 August 2000
or according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG in its current
version respectively. The voting rights to be attributed to IVG Immobilien
AG were held by its former controlled subsidiary IVG Société Immobilière
Holding S.A., chaussée de La Hulpe 130, boîte 15, 1000 Brussels, Belgium,
whose percentage of voting rights in IVG Deutschland Immobilien AG amounted
to 3 % or more.
