Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Morgan Stanley, with address in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, herewith
notifies on its own and on behalf of such further subsidiaries as mentioned
below pursuant Section 21 para 1 and Section 24 German Securities Trading
Act that:
1. MSDW Equity Finance Services (I) Cayman Ltd, Cayman Islands as at 4 July
2008, has fallen below the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights of VBH
Holding AG, Korntal-Münchingen, Germany and on that day holds 0 % of the
voting rights (= 0 shares, each carrying one voting right); and
2. Each of the following holding entities of MSDW Equity Finance Services
(I) Cayman Ltd,
(i) Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA;
(ii) MSDFW Offshore Equity Services Inc, Wilmington, Delaware, USA;
on 4 July 2008, has also fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of VBH Holding AG, Korntal-Münchingen, Germany.
Each of the holding entities mentioned under 2. (i) to (ii) on that day
hold 0 % (0 shares).
This chain of entities is represented as follows (starting on the highest
level):

2. MSDW Offshore Equity Services Inc. (Delaware), USA
3. MSDW Equity Finance Services I (Cayman) Ltd. , Cayman Islands
