On July 01, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich , Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in E.ON
AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406, WKN: 761440, have fallen
below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 04, 2007  and now amount to
0.76% (this corresponds to 5275721 Voting Rights).
