TECHNOPOLIS TO DEVELOP THE FIRST STAGE OF YLIOPISTONRINNE IN TAMPERE

Technopolis Plc will begin implementation of the first stage of Yliopistonrinne
in the city center of Tampere. The new technology center is located at the
corner of the Kalevantie and Kanslerinrinne streets nearby University of
Tampere. The project is estimated to cost EUR 33.3 million and the gross area
to be built will total 19,200 square meters, including an indoor parking
facility for 130 vehicles. 34% of the facilities have so far been leased. The
first stage is scheduled for completion in February 2010.
