Change in the Board of Management of NORDEN
CFO and member of the Board of Management of Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S,
Ivar Hansson Myklebust, has agreed with the Company that his employment ends as
of today. However, Ivar Hansson Myklebust will be available for the Company
during a transitional period.
The termination of Ivar Hansson Myklebust's employment is among other things
due to his desire to return to Norway in connection with illness in the closest
family.
The process of employing a new CFO for the Company will be initiated.
President and CEO Carsten Mortensen constitutes the Company's Board of
Management from today.
