Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces Group
figures for the fiscal year 2007/2008 (1/4/2007-31/3/2008):
- Sales revenues: EUR 21.6 million (EUR 21.2 million in the fiscal year
2006/2007)
- EBITDA: EUR 1.7 million (EUR 1.1 million in the fiscal year 2006/2007)
- EBIT: EUR -0.3 million (EUR -0.9 million in the fiscal year 2006/2007)
- Result for the year: EUR 0.5 million (EUR -0.5 million in the fiscal year
2006/2007)
- Basic earnings per share: EUR 0.05 (EUR -0.04 in the fiscal year
2006/2007)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 21.3 million as of 31/3/2008 (EUR 20.4

At the annual general meeting of Fabasoft AG to be held on 24 June 2008 a
dividend payment of EUR 0.05 per share will be proposed for the fiscal year
