Addtech AB - Year-end report 1 April 2007 - 31 March 2008 (12 months)

* Revenue increased 15 percent, to MSEK 4,198 (3,661).
* Operating profit increased 15 percent, to MSEK 415 (360).
* During the fourth quarter, revenue increased to MSEK 1,155 (1,015),
  and operating profit increased to MSEK 126 (117).
* Profit after financial items reached MSEK 398 (351), and profit
  after taxes amounted to MSEK 287 (256).
* Earnings per share increased 14 percent, to SEK 12.70 (11.15).
* The return on equity was 48 percent (54), and the equity ratio was
  34 percent (32).
* During the financial year, the Group acquired 11 companies with
  combined annual revenue of MSEK 375.
* A dividend of SEK 7.00 (6.00) has been proposed.
* At the start of the financial year 2008/2009, the Addtech Group
  changed its organisational structure to further strengthen the
  conditions for profitable growth.
