Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 08, 2008, UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland has informed us according to
article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz SE, Munich,
Germany have fallen below the 3% threshold on May 2, 2008 and now amount to
2.63% (11881299 shares). 0.41% of the voting rights (1857079 shares) hereof
are attributed to UBS AG according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1,
No. 1 WpHG.
