Karen McFadden Joins 141 Capital, Inc.


CHICAGO, May 8, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- 141 Capital, Inc. (Pink Sheets:XXIS) announced that Karen McFadden has joined the Company as Director of Operations. In this newly created position, Ms. McFadden will be responsible for project management, technical oversight and quality assurance. Ms. McFadden will be utilizing her industry experience and project management skills to ensure that the products offered by 141 Capital, Inc. will be met with the highest of standards industry-wide.

Ms. McFadden will report directly to Errol Stone.

Karen began her career working as a clerk, at both the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), learning from some of the industry's most highly respected traders. During her tenure, she acted as both a trader and a broker at the CME, served on various CME Committees and acted as a broker, trader and manager in the early days of electronic exchanges.

Upon leaving the futures industry, Ms. McFadden began working at Bank of America in their derivatives department, eventually moving into a role as a Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager. While there, she helped to create the bank's sales tracking and reporting system for interest rate derivates and helped to expand the system to a more global internal platform.

While with Bank of America, Karen earned a greenbelt in Six Sigma and her project was recognized as a runner up for the 'Best of Six Sigma of 2005.' Karen currently serves 141 Capital, Inc. as Director of Operations and will be utilizing her industry experience, project management skills and Six Sigma experience to ensure that the products offered by 141 Capital, Inc. will be met with the highest of standards industry wide.
