Regarding misleading information in the website of State Enterprise Centre of Registers

On April 22, 2008 in the website of State Enterprise Centre of Registers
because of the technical mistake of Centre of Registers was announced the
misleading notice regarding AB Ukio bankas' offer to acquire the shares of the
company using the priority right. AB Ukio bankas has not announced any
notifications on material events or other regulated information regarding the
initiation of offering to acquire the shares of the company using the priority
right.
