Notification of change in holdings under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market
Act, Citycon Oyj announces that it has received, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, a
notification from AXA Investment Managers, in which AXA Group
announces the following:"As a result of the acquisition of shares on March 21st, 2008, the
holdings of AXA S.A. and it subsidiaries including asset management
companies managing assets on behalf of third parties have on an
aggregated basis exceeded 5% of the total number of shares in Citycon
Oyj. The holdings of AXA S.A. and it subsidiaries represented 5.38%
of the total number of shares in Citycon Oyj on March 21st, 2008.

Under chapter 2, section 9, of the Securities Markets Act, we herby
notify the Financial Supervision Authority and Citycon Oyj of the
following:

1. Name of the company in which the holdings have been acquired:
Citycon Oyj, register number 0699505-3
2. Date of change in holdings: March 21st, 2008: 5% threshold
3. Please find the below AXA Group's exact proportion of voting
rights and total number of shares in Citycon Oyj on March 21st, 2008:

On March 21st, 2008 the share capital of Citycon Oyj comprised a
total number of 220,981,817 shares (Citycon Oyj has a single series
of shares and each share confers entitlement to one vote). Therefore
AXA Group's holdings were 5.38% of the total number of shares and
5.38% of the voting rights.
