Release of a Voting Rights announcement

1. Sloane Robinson LLP, London, United Kingdom has informed us, according
to article 21, paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that via
shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 11th March 2008 and then amounted to 3.01 %
(2,449,103 voting rights). Thereof 3.01 % were attributable to SR Global
Fund LP according to article 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1 number 6 WpHG.
These voting rights were held in aggregate by SR Global Fund LP and SR
Europe Investment Trust Plc in relation to which Sloane Robinson LLP acts
as investment manager.

2. Sloane Robinson LLP, London, United Kingdom has informed us in the name
and on behalf of Sloane Robinson Investment Services Limited, London,
United Kingdom according to article 21, paragraph 1 WpHG, that via shares
its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 11th March 2008 and then amounted to 3.01 % (2,449,103
voting rights). Thereof 3.01 % were attributable to Sloane Robinson
Investment Services Limited according to article 22 paragraph 1 sentence 2
in connection with paragraph 1, sentence 1 number 6 WpHG. These voting
rights were held in aggregate by SR Global Fund LP and SR Europe Investment
Trust Plc in relation to which Sloane Robinson LLP acts as investment
manager and Sloane Robinson Investment Services Limited as its managing
member.
