Hamburg, March 18, 2008 - In fiscal 2007, PROCON MultiMedia AG (ISIN:
DE0005122006, Prime Standard), an internationally leading full-service
provider of technical equipment for events, film and TV productions, was
able to increase its sales by 7% to a record EUR 92.9 million. The
operating result (EBIT) once again grew ahead of sales, rising from EUR 2.7
million to EUR 6.3 million.

While the gross result rose 23% to EUR 19.9 million, EBITDA advanced by 35%
to EUR 19.7 million.

Earnings before taxes increased from EUR 0.2 million in 2006 to EUR 3.1
million, with net profit for the year improving from EUR 0.1 million to EUR
1.9 million. This translates into earnings per share of EUR 0.19 (previous
year EUR 0.02 per share).

The fourth quarter saw sales grow slightly by 1% to EUR 25.3 million
compared to the very successful fourth quarter of the previous year. EBITDA
for the fourth quarter of 2007 amounted to EUR 4.5 million (previous year
EUR 4.8 million).

This means that PROCON remains on a healthy growth course and is looking at
positive prospects for 2008. The company has already won a contract for
several attractive international events, resulting in a strong order book
worth EUR 21.6 million.

Projects served by PROCON in the first quarter 2008 have included: the
Goldene Kamera awards,  the Echo awards, the Bundesvision Song Contest, the
national selection for the Eurovision song contest, the Alicia Keys tour,
Katarina Witt’s farewell tour as well as numerous national and
international trade fair booths, e.g. at the Geneva Motor Show.
