Release of a Voting Rights announcement
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us according
to § 21 para 1a WpHG that their holding of voting rights in KROMI Logistik
AG, Hamburg, on March 7, 2007 was 6.39% (239,700 voting rights).
2. Fidelity Investments International, Hildenborough, UK, has informed us
according to § 21 para 1a WpHG that their holding of voting rights in KROMI
Logistik AG, Hamburg, on March 7, 2007 was 6.67% (250,000 voting rights).
Thereof 6.67% (250,000 voting rights) were attributed to Fidelity
Investments International according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Investments International
inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or
more of the voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG.
3. Fidelity Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, UK, has informed
us according to § 21 para 1a WpHG that their holding of voting rights in
KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, on March 7, 2007 was 6.67% (250,000 voting
rights). Thereof 6.67% (250,000 voting rights) were attributed to Fidelity
Investment Management Limited according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to
Fidelity Investment Management Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds
SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in KROMI
Logistik AG.
Correction release to the release from March 21, 2007
Fidelity International Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda, has informed us
according to § 21 para 1a WpHG that their holding of voting rights in KROMI
Logistik AG, Hamburg, on March 7, 2007 was 6.67% (250,000 voting rights).
Thereof 6.67% (250,000 voting rights) were attributed to Fidelity
International Limited according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. The
voting rights were attributed to Fidelity International Limited inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG.
