The Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania having performed
the investigation on cartel agreements and evaluated the motives presented by
Žemaitijos Pienas AB for the possible violation of the Law on Competition of
the Republic of Lithuania, Article 1, Paragraph 1(1), made the conclusion that
actions of Žemaitijos Pienas AB did not represent the violation stated in the
Law on Competition of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 1, Paragraph 1(1) and
dismissed the case against it.
