Zodiak Television appoints a number of key people and strengthens its management structure

Per Lundberg has been appointed VP East for the Group and new MD of
Zodiak Vostok, Zodiak's holding company for the Russian and CIS
interests. Per, with a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration from
the Stockholm School of Economics, has held leading business
positions in Russia over the last 20 years, among others as managing
director of Handelsbanken in Moscow.

Patrick Nebout is VP Zodiak Vostok, with responsibility for business
development, licensing and co-production in Russia and the CIS area.
 Patrick will be based in Kiev, Ukraine. Gena Kaganovitj is VP Zodiak
Vostok with responsibility for operations in Russia and CIS.

Annika Muskantor takes over as interim CFO when Peter Olofsson takes
a time out for personal reasons. Annika, holding an MBA from the
Kellogg's Graduate School of Management in Chicago, has previously
worked several years at McKinsey and as CFO at Lowe Brindfors and
Titan Television.

Kim Ardal, MD of Mastiff in Denmark, takes over as VP Nordic after
Mikael Wallén, MD of Yellow Bird, who becomes VP Scripted
Programming.

Jens Eriksson, holding a M.Sc in Business Administration from the
Stockholm School of Economics and previously a consultant at Bain &
Co and Sales Director at Universal Music, has been appointed Group
Business Controller.  Jens, reporting directly to the President, will
be responsible for profitability and business development in the
Group.

Klara Halkjaer, now Executive Assistant and holding a M.Sc. degree in
Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, takes
on the position as Head of Communications and moves to London and the
office of Zodiak International.

Erik Hultkvist, now Executive Assistant at Unibet in London and
holding a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm
School of Economics, takes over after Klara as Executive Assistant
and Trainee at the headquarters in Stockholm.

Darren Asamoa, previously at Endemol and Nickelodeon, among other
places, joins Zodiak International in London as Acquisitions
Executive.
