Release of a Voting Rights announcement

BriTel Fund Nominees Limited ('BFNL') of London, United Kingdom, gave
notice pursuant to § 21 WpHG, that on 21 November 2007 the voting interest
held by BFNL in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG of Unterneukirchen,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG and amounted to
3.31% of the voting rights, i. e. 146,500 shares with voting rights, at
this day. All of these voting rights were directly held by BFNL.
