All “Olainfarm” shares will be listed under common ISIN and trading codes

The Management Board of the Riga Stock Exchange resolved on its meeting of      
September 5, 2007 to list under common ISIN code LV0000100501 and trading code  
OLF1R the 10 214 155 converted “Olainfarm” shares (ISIN code LV0020100507,      
trading code OLF3R) and 876 023 newly issued “Olainfarm” shares (ISIN code      
LV0010100509, trading code OLF2R).                                              

As of September 7, 2007 there will be total number of 14 085 078 “Olainfarm”    
common bearer voting shares, nominal value LVL 1; ISIN code LV0000100501;       
trading code OLF1R listed Riga Stock Exchange Official List.
