As from September 10th, 2007 the Old Mutual Plc (Old Mutual) shares will be admitted for trading on the Xternal list for foreign companies (ISIN code: GB0007389926, short name: OLDM, order book ID: 33014, board lot: 500).

Old Mutual is primary listed at the London Stock Exchange. After September 7th, 2007 Old Mutual will no longer have a secondary listing at OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm. This means that the exchange in Stockholm will not have a listing agreement with Old Mutual and that the Exchange’s rules regarding distribution of information to the Swedish Market are not applicable. Investors will find information about price sensitive events, reports etc on Old Mutual’s website or through other public sources used for distribution of information for companies listed at the London Stock Exchange.
