Early redemption of Forstædernes Bank A/S capital certificates for DKK
100,000,000 

Forstædernes Bank A/S has decided to perform early redemption of its
subordinated debt amounting to DKK 100,000,000. The capital certificates will
be redeemed at par. 

The redemption will reduce the Bank's solvency ratio from 11.8 % to 11.5 % as
at 30 June 2007, incl. recognised profits. 
The ID code of the capital certificates is DK000344079-0.
