Helsinki Stock Exchange transfers the share of OMX AB to Observation segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange rule 2.1.8 article 4. Yhdistyminen toteutetaan NASDAQin käteis- ja osaketarjouksena kaikista OMX:n osakkeista." Helsingin Pörssi siirtää OMX AB:n osakkeen Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.1.8 kohdan 4 perusteella tarkkailulistalle, koska NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc on julkistanut aikomuksensa tehdä kyseisestä yhtiöstä ostotarjouksen.
